Day 1: Nairobi – Amboseli Park
The 5 days Amboseli/ Nakuru/ Masai Mara tour departs from Nairobi Hotel at 8 am for a drive across the Athi Plains to arrive in Amboseli Park in time for lunch. An afternoon game drive takes you to see elephants, antelope, zebra, wildebeest, buffalo, and the elusive leopard with majestic Mount Kilimanjaro in the background.
Day 2: Amboseli Park – Lake Nakuru
AAfter breakfast travel to the exotic Lake Nakuru National Park located in the Great Rift Valley arriving in a tie for lunch. After lunch proceeds to an extensive game drive in this park that is home to the plentiful game and magnificent birdlife that includes stunning flocks of lesser and Greater Flamingos, which literally turn the lakeshores in to a magnificent pink stretch. The park is also one of the very few places in Africa to see the White Rhino and rare Rothschild Giraffe.
Day 3: Lake Nakuru — Masai Mara Game Reserve
After breakfast drive through the sceneries of The Great Rift Valley to the Maasai Mara National Reserve. After lunch proceeds to a game drive to see the Big Five: Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Buffalo, and Rhino. Residents in this reserve are Masai Giraffe, Buffalo, Eland, and thousands of plain game including Impala, Zebra, Topi, both Thomson’s and grants Gazelles.
Day 4: Masai Mara Game Reserve
After breakfast set out with a picnic lunch for a full day game drive. On the plains are enormous herds of grazing animals plus the elusive cheetah and leopard hiding amidst acacia boughs. Masai Mara remains the most exciting wildlife ecosystem in the world. Picnic lunch is served at the Hippo and crocodile pool after which you will continue with game viewing until you return to the Lodge/ Camp overnight.
Day 5: Masai Mara Game Reserve – Nairobi
Early morning tea/coffee or hot chocolate then depart for a morning game drive. Breakfast will be served at the camp, depart by road to Nairobi with game viewing en-route. Arrive at around 1 pm.
